While the majority of what we do is traditionally direct hire, we also do contract employee staffing, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
CSG was founded in November 2002 by Scot Dickerson and Dennis Leininger. Both brought to CSG prior experience within the insurance and staffing industries. They used this expertise to build CSG from the ground up. Scot has been involved in the insurance industry for over 25 years with over 20 in the insurance recruiting profession. Dennis brings a successful track record of over 30 years in staffing production and operational management to CSG. Currently Scot continues to operate a successful practice while Dennis is involved in CSG’s business operations.
